Yoga has some silly positions. If it hurts, don’t do it.
Avoid the lotus, hero, and similar poses, and always take special caution with your knees and neck.

Yoga trains the body to sit still in mediatation.
It suits office work. Sitting in a chair for long hours can lead to a tight pelvis and sore back. Yoga helps.

Greater flexibility will improve your comfort, endurance, and performance on a bicycle, especially the flexibility of your back, pelvis, and legs. Yoga does that well.
