1. Serve the bike. You don’t know who will ride it next. Make it work correctly. Make it endure.
  2. Serve the rider. Talk with them. Let the bike tell you about them.
  3. Serve the shop.

Every bike, every customer, deserves great service. Consistency earns customers.

Get dirty.


Get good at what you don’t like: do it right the first time; do it once.
